Meet the Instructors

Sundie Seefried

Safe Harbor Services is the brainchild of Sundie Seefried, currently the CEO of Safe Harbor Services and Partner Colorado Credit Union. A 35-year veteran of the CU industry, in 2014, she saw that CRBs needed financial services and that Colorado communities would be safer if the new industry had access to banking solutions.

Amanda McComb

Amanda’s unique cannabis banking perspective started with years of hands-on industry experience. From the front line to managing the Credit Union’s greatest risk— BSA/AML practices— Amanda has served as the initial banker for the Safe Harbor Private Banking Program since 2015 and is currently Vice President of Safe Harbor Services.

Michael O’Neill

Michael brings a 360-degree view of the cannabis banking industry. His years as an Executive, Senior BSA/ Compliance Officer, Auditor, Consultant and Federal Regulator, offer attendees the keen insight needed for designing, deploying and administering marijuana-related business banking successfully.

Kimberly Seefried

As the Safe Harbor Implementation Manager, Kimberly was responsible for onboarding over 80 accounts, in three states, in the first 10 months of the program’s existence. Working closely with financial institutions involved in the Safe Harbor program, she’s responsible for servicing $75 million in monthly deposits.
